摘 要:采用电刻蚀-气氛煅烧-浸渍-煅烧法成功制备出g-C_(3)N_(4)负载N掺杂TiO_(2)纳米管阵列(g-C_(3)N_(4)@N-TNA)光催化剂,对其进行了X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见(UV-Vis)漫反射、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、光电分析系统测试表征,并对双酚A(BPA)进行了光降解实验.结果发现,g-C_(3)N_(4)@N-TNA与TiO_(2)纳米管阵列相比,光激发能级从3.03 eV下降至2.44 eV,瞬时光电流密度从0.17μA·cm^(-2)提高至166.27μA·cm^(-2),反应80 min后BPA完全降解,其降解过程遵循准一级动力学规律.研究还获得了BPA的降解途径,酸性和碱性条件均对BPA的降解起到促进作用.The g-C_(3)N_(4)loading N doping TiO_(2)nanotube array(g-C_(3)N_(4)@N-TNA)photocatalyst is synthesized by the following process:electric etching,atmosphere calcination,impregnation and calcination.The X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),UV-visible(UV-Vis)diffuse reflectance,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and photoelectric analysis system are used to characterize the photocatalyst.Bisphenol A(BPA)is selected as the model pollutant to test the g-C_(3)N_(4)@N-TNA catalytic effect.Results show that compared with TiO_(2) nanotube array,the band gap of g-C_(3)N_(4)@N-TNA decreases from 3.03 eV to 2.44 eV,and the instantaneous photocurrent density increases from 0.17μA·cm^(-2) to 166.27μA·cm^(-2).The model pollutant BPA is completely degraded after 80 min of reaction.The degradation process follows the pseudo first-order kinetics law.The degradation pathway is revealed.The BPA degradation efficiency can be promoted in both acidic and alkaline conditions.
