摘  要:为了研究EH36钢在海洋工程结构件中的冷裂现象,采用刚性拘束焊接冷裂试验装置制备了GFL-71Ni和DW-A55L药芯焊丝电弧焊(FCAW-G)焊接接头,并对其进行扩散氢含量测试、焊缝化学成分分析以及冲击性能试验。试验结果显示,DW-A55L焊丝接头的扩散氢含量低于GFL-71Ni焊丝接头;两种焊丝接头焊缝的冲击功分别为19.7 J和20.5 J,均比熔合线+1 mm处的冲击功低;GFL-71Ni焊丝接头熔合线+1 mm处的冲击功比DW-A55L焊丝稍高,二者的冲击功分别为(36.4±1.6)J和(31.9±3.4)J。研究表明,两种焊丝焊接接头均具有良好的抗冷裂性能,且DW-A55L焊丝接头的抗冷裂性能优于GFL-71Ni焊丝。In order to study the cold cracking phenomenon of EH36 steel in offshore engineering structures,GFL-71Ni and DW-A55L flux cored wire arc welding(FCAW-G)welded joints were prepared by using a rigid restraint welding cold cracking test device,and the diffusion hydrogen content,chemical composition and impact performance of the welded joints were tested.The results show that the diffusion hydrogen content of DW-A55L welding wire joint is lower than that of GFL-71Ni welding wire joint.The impact energy of two kinds of welding wire joint is 19.7 J and 20.5 J respectively,which is lower than that of fusion line+1 mm.The impact energy at the fusion line of GFL-71Ni welding wire joint+1 mm is slightly higher than that of DW-A55L wire,and the impact energy of both is(36.4±1.6)J and(31.9±3.4)J respectively.The results show that both welding wire joints have good cold cracking resistance,and the cold cracking resistance of DW-A55L welding wire joints is better than GFL-71Ni wire.
