摘  要:为了避免大直径厚壁螺旋埋弧焊管生产用钢带对接焊缝的焊接缺陷,在分析钢带对接焊缝常见缺陷产生原因的基础上,对前摆式螺旋焊管机组钢带对接焊进行了工艺研究。通过焊接材料的匹配、焊接参数的优化、焊丝机构的改造以及操作方法的改进,在不改变原有焊接设备的前提下,采取FCB法焊接技术对“I”形坡口不铣边焊接工艺进行了验证。将“I”形坡口不铣边对接焊工艺应用于生产实践,对接时间短、作业率高,焊缝质量一次通过率大幅提升,可满足焊管生产企业批量化生产的需求,同时可降低材耗,提高经济效益。In order to avoid the welding defects of the butt weld of the large diameter and thick wall spiral submerged arc welded pipe steel strip,the causes of the common defects of the butt weld are analyzed,and the butt welding technology of the steel strip of the front swing spiral welded pipe unit is studied.Through the matching of welding materials,the optimization of welding parameters,the transformation of welding wire mechanism and the improvement of operation method,the FCB welding technology is adopted to verify the"I"groove non milling welding process without changing the original welding equipment.The application of"I"groove non milling edge butt welding process in production practice has the advantages of short butt welding time,high operation rate and greatly improved one-time pass rate of weld quality,which can meet the needs of mass production of welded pipe production enterprises,reduce material consumption and improve economic benefits.
