摘　　要：民企外贸企业转型升级是泉州经济发展的重大任务,也是推动泉州经济实现高质量发展的必经之路。新冠肺炎疫情对国际贸易格局带来了长期而深远的影响,随着后疫情时代的到来,泉州民营外贸企业转型升级的优势和挑战并存,民营外贸企业应积极应对新形势和新趋势,采取一系列措施实现转型升级。The transformation and upgrading of private foreign trade enterprises is not only a major task of Quanzhou's economic development,but also a necessary way to promote the high-quality development of Quanzhou's economy.COVID-19 has had a long-term and far-impact on international trade.With the development of economic entering the Post-COVID-19 Era,Quanzhou private foreign trade enterprises have both advantages and challenges in transformation and upgrading.Therefore,private foreign trade enterprises should actively respond to the new situation and new trends,take a series of measures to achieve transformation and upgrading.
