摘 要:长期以来,我国广大村镇地区主要的房屋结构形式为砖砌体,但传统砖砌体结构房屋存在严重的抗震安全隐患。该文采用芯柱式构造柱,基于预制模壳的现场装配式施工,从构造柱的精准植筋、柱顶混凝土浇筑等工艺环节入手,实现了构造柱与砌体墙的同步精细化施工。此施工技术无需支设构造柱模板,可加快施工进度、降低成本,更重要的是,可以提升砖砌体房屋的抗震性能,且具有“四节一环保”的绿色施工效果,对促进行业进步具有重要意义。For a long time,the major building structure in the vast Chinese villages and towns has been brick masonry,but traditional brick masonry structures have serious hazards in seismic safety.Based on the core-tie-column form,and combined with the on-site assembly construction of the prefabricated mold shell,the synchronous and refined construction of the structural column and the masonry wall is realized by improving the process aspects like the precise reinforcement of structural column and concrete pouring at column top.This construction technology does not need to support structural column templates,which can speed up the construction progress and reduce costs,and more importantly it can improve the seismic performance of brick masonry buildings and has the green construction effect of"four-conservation and one-environmental protection",which is of great significance to promote the industry progress.
