摘 要:为探究1,2-丙二醇(PG)的加入量对废弃聚对苯二甲酸己二醇酯(PET)的降解产物的影响以及废弃PET降解产物在水性光固化涂料领域的应用,采用PG解聚废弃PET并以降解产物为原料制备水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯乳液(WPUA),然后于紫外光(UV)下固化成膜。研究发现:随着PG添加量的增大,降解产物的色泽由深黄变淡黄透明,羟值先增大后减小,黏度有所降低;制备的漆膜的水接触角持续减小,亲水性不断增大,硬度有所降低且都达到3H及以上;漆膜的玻璃化转变温度有所减小,且漆膜具有较高的热稳定性。研究结果表明,基于废弃PET的水性聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂较适合应用于对硬度和热稳定性等性能要求较高的木器涂料。In order to investigate the effect of incorporation of 1,2 propylene glycol(PG)on the degradation products of waste PET and the application of waste PET degraded products in the field of waterborne UV curable coatings,propylene glycol was used to depolymerize the waste PET and the waterborne polyurethane acrylate emulsion(WPUA)was prepared from degraded products and then cured under UV light. It was found that with increase of PG content,the color of degradated products changed from dark yellow to light yellow,the hydroxyl value increased first and then decreased,and the viscosity decreased continuously.The water contact angle of the prepared WPUA cured film decreased continuously,the hydrophilicity increased,and the hardness decreased,but was 3 H or higher,the Tg decreased,with high thermal stability. The results showed that the UV resin based on waste PET is more suitable for wood coatings which require higher thermal stability and hardness.
