摘  要:针对管道熔结环氧粉末涂料关键性能指标,如,热特性、密度、粒径分布、挥发分、胶化时间、固化时间、附着力、耐冲击性、抗弯曲性能等,对比分析了ISO、加拿大、中国等相关标准。指出了各项性能指标的具体意义,并从粉末涂料配方及生产工艺方面分析了影响这些性能指标的因素,提出了相应的质量控制措施,建议粉末涂料生产厂家应通过合理的配方设计以及改善加工工艺来控制管道熔结环氧粉末涂料的质量,进而提高管道涂层的整体质量。In view of the key technical specifications of bonded epoxy powder coatings for pipeline,such as thermal characteristics,density,particle size distribution,volatile content,gelation time,curing time,adhesion,impact resistance and bending resistance,the relevant standards of ISO,Canada and China were compared and analyzed.This paper presented the specific significance of each technical specification,discussed the factors influencing these specifications in terms of the powder coatings formulation and production process,and proposed corresponding quality control measures.It was suggested that powder coatings manufacturers should control the quality of fusion bonded epoxy powder coatings for pipeline through reasonable formulation design and improvement of processing technology,to upgrade the overall quality of pipeline coatings.
