摘  要:采用过氧化钙(CaO_(2))对剩余污泥进行预处理,研究CaO_(2)对剩余污泥厌氧暗发酵产氢的性能,并通过分析发酵过程中有机物变化、关键酶活性揭示CaO_(2)强化污泥暗发酵产氢的机制。结果表明,经CaO_(2)预处理后,污泥暗发酵产氢气量显著提高,当CaO_(2)剂量为0.3 g/g时,氢气的最大积累量为6.54 mL/g。CaO_(2)预处理后发酵体系中溶解性有机物含量大幅提高,当CaO_(2)剂量为0.3 g/g时,SCOD的最大为592 mg/L。CaO_(2)预处理抑制了产甲烷古菌的活性,降低了甲烷积累量。CaO_(2)促进水解及酸化关键水解酶,而抑制F420酶活性。温度是影响CaO_(2)强化污泥产氢的因素,当温度由15℃升高至45℃时,氢气的最大积累量由4.54 mL/g升高至7.13 mL/g。CaO_(2) was used to pretreat the excess sludge, and the performance of CaO_(2) to produce hydrogen by anaerobic dark fermentation was analyzed.The mechanism of CaO_(2) to enhance the hydrogen production by dark fermentation was revealed by analyzing the change of organic matter, the activity of key enzymes. The results showed that after pretreatment with CaO_(2), the hydrogen production of sludge dark fermentation increased significantly. When the dosage of CaO_(2) was 0.3 g/g, the maximum hydrogen accumulation was 6.54 mL/g. The content of soluble organic compounds in the fermentation system increased significantly after the pretreatment of CaO_(2). When the dosage of CaO_(2) was 0.3 g/g, the maximum of SCOD was 592 mg/L. CaO_(2) pretreatment inhibited the activity of methanogenic archaea and reduced the amount of methane accumulation. CaO_(2) promoted hydrolysis and acidification of key hydrolases, but inhibited F420 enzyme activity. Temperature was the factor affecting the hydrogen production of CaO_(2) enhanced sludge. When the temperature increased from 15 ℃ to 45 ℃, the maximum hydrogen accumulation increased from 4.54 mL/g to 7.13 mL/g.
