摘  要:采用改进型厌氧折流板(ABR)-膜生物反应器(MBR)反应器,以中高NH4+-N含量(≥200 mg·L-1)废水为研究对象,构建全程自养脱氮耦合反硝化除磷工艺,以实现高效同步脱氮除磷。结果表明,不同NH4+-N负荷下稳定运行后,系统内TN去除率几乎不受影响,均保持在92%左右,而系统除磷率与COD去除率在NH_(4)^(+)-N负荷为0.632kg/(m^(3)·d)时效果为佳,分别达到96%与91%,出水COD分别为0.32、18.19 mg/L。当NH_(4)^(+)-N负荷由0.316 kg/(m^(3)·d)逐渐提升至0.474、0.632、0.790 kg/(m^(3)·d)时,分别经过56、50、35 d后,系统NH4+-N去除率重新达到95%以上,耦合工艺在不同NH4+-N负荷下表现出良好的适应性。A process coupled completely autotrophic nitrogen removal over nitrite(CANON)with denitrifying phosphorus removal in a modified anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR)coupled with membrane bio-reactor(MBR)was proposed for treating the wastewater with medium-high ammonia nitrogen content(≥200 mg·L^(-1)).The process was constructed to achieve high-efficiency simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal.The results showed that,after stable operation under different NH_(4)^(+)-N loads,the removal rates of TN in the system were almost unaffected,maintaining at about92%.The best removal rates of PO_(4)^(3-)-P and COD were 96% and 91% respectively when the NH_(4)^(+)-N loads was 0.632 kg/(m^(3)·d)and the effluent COD were 0.32 mg/L and 18.19 mg/L,respectively.Moreover,when the NH_(4)^(+)-N loads was gradually increased from 0.316 kg/(m^(3)·d)to 0.474 kg/(m^(3)·d),0.632 kg/(m^(3)·d)and 0.790 kg/(m^(3)·d),the NH_(4)^(+)-N removal rate reached 95%in 56 d,50 d and 35 d,respectively.The coupling process showed good adaptability with different NH4+-N loads.
