摘　　要：本文对陕西省境内油页岩资源地质调查研究做了系统梳理,对开发利用现状做了总结回顾,结合国内外相关现状与形势,提出了今后开发利用的对策建议。According to systematic analysis and summary review of geologic researches on shale oil resources occurring in Shaanxi Province and combining with relative researches at abroad,some countermeasures and suggestions have been made in this paper for further developing shale oil resources in Shaanxi province.
