摘　　要：介绍了水下采油树用闸阀和驱动器试验所遵循的主要标准要求。分析了工厂验收试验、外压试验、PR2F试验和耐久性试验的方法及相关试验设备,并就试验过程中阀杆密封、闸板阀座密封、复位弹簧等关键部件可能出现的问题进行分析。可为水下闸阀及驱动器的试验提供参考。The status requirements of gate valve and actuator testing for subsea tree were introduced,the methods and testing equipments of factory acceptance testing,external pressure testing,PR2F testing and durability testing were analyzed.The possible testing problems of the key components in detail,such as stem seal,gate seal,reset spring were discussed.It can provide a reference for the test of subsea gate valve and actuator.
