油茶烫伤膏对烫伤的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:拟研究茶枯饼提取物制作的烫伤膏对烫伤的治疗效果。方法:利用茶枯饼提取物为原材料制备烫伤膏,通过计算空白对照组、烫伤不处理组、烫伤后尿素软膏处理组、烫伤后1#烫伤膏处理组及烫伤后2#烫伤膏处理组的烫伤创面愈合率和烫伤皮肤组织病理学观察研究烫伤膏对创面愈合的效果。结果:与烫伤不处理组相比,1#烫伤膏处理组的创面愈合率最高;皮肤组织结构清晰可见,恢复良好;皮肤的胶原蛋白增高。结论:自制烫伤膏对治疗烫伤具有良好效果。Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of scald ointment made from CCEs on scald.Methods:The scald cream was prepared using the CCEs as the raw material,and the healing effect of the self-made scald cream on wound healing was studied by measuring the healing rate of scald wounds and observing the histopathology of scald skin in the scalded post-urea ointment treatment group,the scalded post-1#scald cream treatment group,the scalded post-2#scald cream treatment group,the scalded untreated group and the blank control group.Results:Compared with the scalded untreated group,the wound healing rate of 1#scald cream treatment group was the highest;the skin tissue structure was clearly visible,the skin collagen was significantly increased,and the wound recovered well.Conclusion:The self-made scald cream has a good effect on the treatment of scalds.
