摘　　要：目的:探索医用肢体加温袖带对老年患者浅静脉留置针输液的应用效果。方法:选择2019年11月-2020年1月及2020年11月-2021年1月我院老年院区符合纳入标准的102例浅静脉留置针输液治疗的老年患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(医用肢体加温袖带热敷)与对照组(无热敷),各51例。对比两组的皮肤温度、针管堵塞、浅静脉炎、疼痛程度、留置时间等5个指标。结果:观察组皮肤温度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组浅静脉留置针针管堵塞发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组浅静脉炎发生率低于对照组,严重程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组浅静脉留置针留置时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医用肢体加温袖带在老年患者浅静脉留置针中的应用效果明显,可以预防浅静脉炎发生并降低发生程度,减少堵管发生率并减轻疼痛感,延长留置针保留时间,可减少反复穿刺给患者带来的痛苦以及医护人员的工作量,减轻患者的经济负担。Objective:To explore the application effect of medical limb heating cuff in the elderly patients with superficial vein indwelling needle infusion.Methods:A total of 102 elderly patients with superficial vein catheter who met the inclusion criteria for the elderly from November to January 2019~2021 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group(no hot compress)and observation group(medical limb heating cuff hot compress),with 51 cases in each group.The indicators,such as skin temperature,phlebitis,tube plugging,indwelling time,comfort and pain were compared between the two groups.Results:The skin temperature of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the distribution of severity was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of tube plugging in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P>0.05).The retention time of indwelling needle in the observation group were longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The comfort score and pain score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of medical limb heating cuff in the old patients with superficial vein indwelling needle infusion is obvious.It can prevent the occurrence of superficial phlebitis and reduce the degree of occurrence,extend the retention time of the indwelling needle.It can also improve comfort and reduce pain of the old patients,reduce the pain caused by repeated puncture and the workload of medical staff,reduce the economic burden of patients.
