烯效唑和比久对盆栽月季矮化效果的研究

摘　　要：以盆栽月季‘冰山’为材料,采用不同浓度的烯效唑和比久进行灌根及叶面喷施试验,测定其植株的株高、节间长、节间数、叶长、叶宽、叶绿素含量、SOD含量、POD含量。结果表明:在适宜浓度范围内,随着植物生长调节剂(S-3307、B9)施用剂量的加大,矮化效果增强。在浓度相同条件下,灌根比叶喷矮化效果好。采用灌根方式,烯效唑处理的最适浓度为400mg/L(S3307),比久处理的最适浓度为600mg/L;在最适浓度下,月季矮化效果好,叶色浓绿,株型饱满,观赏价值高。Taking potted rose‘Bingshan’as material,the experiments of root and leaf spraying with Uniconazole of different concentration and specific duration were carried out,the plant height,internode length,internode number,leaf length,leaf width,chlorophyll content,SOD content and POD content were measured,with the increase of the dosage of plant growth regulator(S-3307,B9),the dwarfing effect was enhanced.At the same concentration,the effect of root irrigation is better than that of leaf spraying.The optimum concentration of uniconazole was 400mg/l(S3307)and 600mg/l in the long-term treatment.The rose had the best dwarfing effect,the leaf color was thick green,the plant type was full,and the ornamental value was high.
