摘  要:通过对搅拌机轴端装置的密封与磨损原理研究,提出了采用精细陶瓷材料以提高搅拌机轴端密封耐久性的新构想。在相同工况下对精细陶瓷与合金钢进行磨粒磨损试验,用压缩试验方法对精细陶瓷与合金钢结合面进行黏结强度测试。研究结果表明:精细陶瓷耐磨水平是合金钢材料4.5倍左右,复合材质间高强度黏结方式可确保连接的可靠性。采用精细陶瓷作为轴端密封件的方案具有可行性和可实施性,并能极大地提升搅拌机轴端密封寿命,为搅拌机轴端密封耐久性研究提供优化设计依据与参考。Based on the analyses of sealing and wear principle of mixer,fine ceramic is used to improve the durability of shaft-end device of mixer as a new method.According to abrasion wear test of fine ceramic and alloy steel and compression test between fine ceramic and alloy to check bonding strength.The result of research shows that,it is reliability by high strength bonding between composite materials while the wear resistance of fine ceramic is about 4.5 times than alloy steel.Using fine ceramic as shaft-end seal can improve the sealing life of shaft-end device of mixer because of its reliability,while this method is one of foundation for optimization design and reference for the research on the durability of shaft-end sealing device of mixer.
