雷火灸配合中药治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察雷火灸配合中药治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法:60例采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。两组用康复训练和基础治疗,观察组加用雷火灸配合中药治疗。结果:治疗后,两组肩手综合征评估量表评分(SHSS)、Fugl-Meyer上肢功能量表(FMA-UE)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)及周径差均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间未出现不良反应。结论:雷火灸配合中药治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征能改善肩关节功能,减轻肿胀、疼痛程度。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods:Sixty cases were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The two groups received rehabilitation training and basic treatment,and the observation group received thunder fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Results:After treatment,the shoulder-hand syndrome assessment scale(SHSS),Fugl-Meyer upper limb function scale(FMA-UE),visual analogue score(VAS)and circumference difference were reduced in the two groups(P<0.05),and those of the observation group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Thunder fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine can improve shoulder joint function and reduce swelling and pain in treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.
