补肾调周法辅治月经后期肾虚型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾调周法辅治月经后期肾虚型的临床疗效。方法:80例采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组用补肾调周法中药联合西药治疗,对照组单用西药治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后中医证候积分、排卵率观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾调周法辅治月经后期肾虚型可提高总有效率、减轻症状、促进排卵,提高E_(2)水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the method of invigorating the kidney and regulating the menstruation in adjuvant treatment of kidney asthenia in the late menstrual period.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into observation group and control group by random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with Chinese herbs by the method of invigorating the kidney and regulating the menstruation combined with western medicine while the control group were treated with western medicine only.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome integral and ovulation rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of invigorating the kidney and regulating the menstruation could increase the total effective rate,reduce symptoms,promote ovulation,and increase E2 levels in adjuvant treatment of kidney asthenia in the late menstrual period.
