枣泉煤与玉米秸秆共热解特性研究

摘  要:基于生物质与煤共热解在高效、清洁转化方面的优势,采用TG-MS联用技术,对农业废弃物玉米秸秆与宁东典型煤种枣泉煤进行了共热解特性研究。主要考察玉米秸秆加入量对枣泉煤失重特性、失重速率及煤热解转化率的影响。结果表明:玉米秸秆的加入能够显著促进枣泉煤的热解,使枣泉煤热解程度加深。在40~510℃,随玉米秸秆加入量增大,煤样失重量逐渐增大,在510℃恒温时,表现为先增大后减小的趋势。失重速率结果表明,加入高含量玉米秸秆(质量分数为60%~90%)时,最大热解速率出现在40~140℃;当加入低含量玉米秸秆(质量分数为10%~50%)时,最大失重速率出现在140~340℃。转化率研究表明,玉米秸秆加入能够显著促进枣泉煤的热解,缩短热解时间,并使热解过程向低温区移动。当玉米秸秆加入量为50%时,热解温度在240℃,为玉米秸秆与枣泉煤热解最佳反应条件,可适当增加该工况下热解时长,促进煤的高效转化。此外,对热解过程气体释放特性的研究表明,枣泉煤热解气体主要为CO,玉米秸秆的加入使CO的生成量增大,促进了CO生成,并使CO生成温度向低温区移动,促进了煤中含碳物质的转化。The way of co-pyrolysis of biomass and coal can promote the efficient and clean conversion of coal resources.By using TG-MS technology,the co-pyrolysis characteristics of corn straw of agricultural waste and Zaoquan coal of typical coal of Ningdong are investigated.The weight loss(TG),the rate of weight loss(DTG)and the conversion rate(Ct)of coal pyrolysis are studied.The results show that the addition of corn straw significantly promotes the pyrolysis of coal and deepens the pyrolysis degree of Zaoquan coal.At 40-510℃,the TG of the coal samples increases with the increase of corn straw content.At 510℃constant temperature,the TG of the coal samples increases first and then decreases.The results of DTG show that the maximum pyrolysis rate appeares at 40-140℃when the addition of corn straw is 60%-90%.When the content of corn straw in the samples is 10%-50%,the maximum of DTG appeares at 140-340℃.The results of Ct for coal samples indicates that the addition of corn straw significantly promotes the pyrolysis of Zaoquan coal,shortens the pyrolysis time and moves the pyrolysis process to the low temperature region.The most important is that the co-pyrolysis effect of Zaoquan coal is the best when the corn straw is added 50%and the pyrolysis temperature is 240℃,which is suitable pyrolysis conditions of corn straw and Zaoquan coal.The pyrolysis time under this conditions can be increased properly to promote the efficient conversion of Zaoquan coal.In addition,the study of gas release characteristics of corn straw and coal in pyrolysis process shows that the pyrolytic gas of Zaoquan coal is mainly CO,and the addition of corn straw increases the yield of CO production,promotes the formation of more CO gas,which also makes the CO produced temperature move to the low temperature region.
