摘　　要：构建"双循环"新发展格局是与时俱进提升中国经济发展水平的战略抉择,也是顺应中国与世界经济关系演变趋势的战略调整。新发展格局构建将通过促进世界贸易平衡发展、维护全球产业链安全稳定、提供超大规模需求市场和推动全球数字经济高质量发展等方式塑造中国与世界经济关系的新模式。中国应通过与世界的理念互动、政策互动、领域互动促进双循环的高效运行,以此推动中国经济高质量发展,促进世界经济持续稳定增长。Constructing a new development pattern of"dual circulation"is a strategic choice to keep pace with the times and improve the level of China’s economic development,and also a strategic adjustment to conform to the evolution trend of the economic relationship between China and the world.The construction of the new development pattern will shape a new mode of the economic relationship between China and the world by promoting the balanced development of world trade,maintaining the security and stability of global industrial chain,providing a super large demand market and advancing the high-quality development of global digital economy.China should promote the efficient operation of"dual circulation"through the interaction of concepts,policies and fields with the world,so as to give impetus to the high-quality development of China’s economy as well as the sustained and stable growth of the world economy.
