关于深圳市绿色建筑评价标准节能计算中参照建筑设置问题探讨

摘  要:我国自第一部绿色建筑评价标准于2006年发布以来,建筑节能率计算成为了绿色建筑评价中重要的得分手段。随着标准的更新换代,节能计算相关的条文也不断更新完善,实践过程中仍有诸多不完善之处。以深圳市SJG47—2018《绿色建筑评价标准》节能与能源利用章节"建筑节能计算条文"为分析对象,分别从参照建筑窗墙面积比、建筑空调机组选型、负荷变化对输配系统参数、空调系统优化、复杂空调系统能耗计算问题等方面进行研究分析,指出了项目实践中由于建筑、空调相关参数设置不明确可能存在的问题,同时,作者结合自身建筑节能优化实践以及对目前常用能耗计算软件的掌握,提出了深圳市绿色建筑能耗计算中参照建筑参数设置修订建议,可为深圳市绿色建筑评价标准修订提供参考。Building energy saving ratio calculation has been as an important way to gain scores in green building evaluation after the first green building evaluation standard was published in China. Even though, the energy saving calculation credit has been improved continually with the standard updating, there was still some deficiencies. This paper deeply analyzes the energy saving ratio calculation credits in Shenzhen Assessment Standard for Green Building(SJG47—2018), from the respect of the window wall ration, HVAC system sizing, the impact of cooling load to distribution system, HVAC system optimization and some complicated HVAC energy consumption calculation. Some potential problems on building and HVAC parameter settings of this credit are proposed, as well as some suggestions based on actual project experience and understanding of the energy software used widely, which can be used as reference when further revising Shenzhen Assessment Standard for Green Building.
