摘  要:近年来,室内滑雪场的数量呈现井喷式增长趋势,室内滑雪场功能也向多元化发展,已不限于以往常见坡降式滑雪场馆。对于一些建筑功能复杂或建筑形态特殊的项目,其制冷系统规模庞大或冷量输送距离较长,在冰雪场馆中常用的直膨式空调系统不再适用。冷源采用蒸汽压缩式冷水机组,输配系统采用以有机溶液为载冷剂的超低温空调水系统更加适用于此类项目。由于缺乏相关规范和经验数据的支持,超低温空调水系统的设计仍存在较多技术难点。分析并总结吉林北山四季越野滑雪场项目空调水系统设计要点,在制冷系统载冷剂的选择方面提供参考意见,并提出了超低温空调水系统的水力计算方法。此方法通过实际工程验证有效,仅需简单替换计算参数即可应用到其他相似工程。In recent years, the number of indoor ski resorts shows a blowout growth trend. The functions of indoor ski resorts are also diversified, which is not limited to the common ski resorts in the past. For some projects with complex architectural functions or special architectural forms, the refrigeration system has a large scale or long cold capacity transmission distance, so the direct expansion air conditioning system commonly used in ice and snow venues is no longer applicable. The cold source is steam compression chiller, and the transmission and distribution system are ultra-low temperature air conditioning water system with organic solution as refrigerant, which is more suitable for such projects. Due to the lack of relevant specifications and empirical data, there are still many technical difficulties in the design of ultra-low temperature air conditioning water system. This paper analyzes and summarizes the design points of air conditioning water system of Jilin Beishan Four-Season Off-Road Ski Resort Project, provides reference opinions on the selection of refrigerant in the refrigeration system, and proposes the hydraulic calculation method of ultra-low temperature air conditioning water system. This method is proved to be effective by practical engineering, and can be applied to other similar projects by simply replacing the calculation parameters.
