摘 要:利用一种耐盐复合菌种处理盐分12000mg/L的电镀废水,考察其降解氨氮和总氮的能力。菌种进行批次驯化26天后,开始连续处理废水。结果表明:菌种投加量为处理水量的1.5‰,水力停留时间24h,氨氮及总氮去除率均达到60%~70%。该菌种是一种具有高效脱氮能力的耐盐复合微生物,在高盐废水的生物脱氮领域具有较好的应用价值。A salt tolerant composite bacteria was used to treat electroplating wastewater with salt content of 12 000 mg/L, and its ability to degrade ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen was investigated. After 26 days of batch acclimation, the wastewater was continuously treated. The results showed that the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen reached 60%~70% when the dosage of bacteria was 1.5 ‰ of the treated water and the HRT was 24 h. The strain is a salt tolerant compound microorganism with high nitrogen removal efficiency, which has good application value in the field of biological nitrogen removal of high salt wastewater.
