保和丸联合耳穴压豆治疗夜磨牙症临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨保和丸联合耳穴压豆治疗夜磨牙症的临床疗效。方法选取医院2017年4月至2019年4月收治的夜磨牙症患者60例,按随机数字表法分为耳穴压豆组和联合组,各30例。两组患者均接受五行音乐疗法基础干预,并予耳穴压豆治疗,联合组患者加服保和丸,均治疗12 d。结果联合组总有效率为96.67%,显著高于耳穴压豆组的73.33%(P<0.05);联合组患者治疗后的3个夜晚平均磨牙次数显著少于耳穴压豆组,3个夜晚平均磨牙持续时间显著短于耳穴压豆组(P<0.05);联合组患者的生理机能、生理职能、健康状况、精神健康、社会功能、情感职能、心理健康等生活质量评分均显著高于耳穴压豆组(P<0.05);联合组患者治疗后的抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分均显著低于耳穴压豆组(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生不良反应。结论保和丸联合耳穴压豆治疗夜磨牙症有一定疗效,可明显改善患者磨牙症状、生活质量、抑郁及焦虑状况。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Baohe Pills combined with auricular points plaster therapy in the treatment of patients with sleep bruxism.Methods A total of 60 patients with sleep bruxism admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April2019 were selected and divided into the auricular points plaster group and the combined group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups received five elements music therapy as the basic intervention and auricular points plaster therapy,on this basis,the patients in the combined group were treated with Baohe Pills.Both groups were treated for 12 d.Results The total clinical effective rate of the combined group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%of the auricular points plaster group(P<0.05).In the three nights after the treatment,the average number of molars in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the auricular points plaster group and the average duration of molars in the combined group were significantly shorter than that in the auricular points plaster group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Short Form 36(SF-36)Health Survey Questionnaire(physical functioning,role-physical,bodily pain,general health,vitality,social functioning,role-emotional,mental health)in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the auricular points plaster group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the auricular points plaster group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Baohe Pills combined with auricular points plaster therapy have a certain curative effect in the treatment of patients with sleep bruxism,which can significantly improve the patients’bruxism symptoms,quality of life,depression and anxiety.
