步长脑心通胶囊联合雷米普利治疗原发性高血压并冠心病临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨步长脑心通胶囊联合雷米普利治疗原发性高血压并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的临床疗效。方法选取唐山市滦南县医院及海港经济开发区医院2018年1月至2020年1月收治的原发性高血压并冠心病患者168例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各84例。两组患者均予雷米普利片口服,研究组患者加服步长脑心通胶囊。两组均持续治疗8周。结果研究组的总有效率为98.81%,显著高于对照组的89.29%(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后的三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、白细胞介素6、超敏C反应蛋白、内皮素-1水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和一氧化氮水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(2.38%比4.76%,P>0.05)。结论步长脑心通胶囊联合雷米普利治疗原发性高血压并冠心病,可明显改善患者的血脂水平及内皮功能,降低血清炎性因子水平。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Buchang Naoxintong Capsules combined with ramipril in the treatment of essential hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 168 patients with essential hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease were selected from the Luannan County Hospital and the Tangshan Haigang Economic Development Zone Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,84 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with Ramipril Tablets,on this basis,the patients in the study group were treated with Buchang Naoxintong Capsules.Both groups were contentiously treated for eight weeks.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.81%,which was significantly higher than 89.29%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),hyperlipidemia(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),interleukin-6(IL-6),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and endothelin-1(ET-1)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and nitric oxide(NO)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was similar to that in the control group(2.38%vs.4.76%,P>0.05).Conclusion Buchang Naoxintong Capsules combined with ramipril in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease can significantly improve the blood lipid level and endothelial function of patients,and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors.
