摘　　要：目的加强医院药品验收的数量化管理,提高药品数量验收合格率。方法成立持续质量改进小组,对2020年9月至2021年3月本院药库药品验收应用PDCA(plan、do、check、action)循环模式进行持续质量改进,分析影响药品数量验收合格率的因素,制定相应的改进措施,并将监测结果和效果评价反馈给采购员和供应商等。结果在2020年9月至2021年3月改进过程中,药品的数量验收合格率由小于80.00%提升到大于95.00%。结论通过PDCA循环模式对药品验收数量进行持续的质量改进,可大大提高药品的数量验收合格率。Objective To strengthen the quantitative management of drug acceptance in hospital and to improve the acceptance rate of drug quantity.Methods A continuous quality improvement team was established to improve the quality of the drug store of our hospital from September,2020 to March 2021 by applying the PDCA(plan,do,check,and action)cycle mode;the factors affecting the acceptance rate of drug quantity were analyzed;and corresponding improvement measures were formulated.And the monitoring results and effect evaluation were feedbacked to the buyers,suppliers,etc.Results In the improvement process from September 2020 to March 2021,the acceptance rate of drug quantity was increased from less than 80.00%to more than 95.00%through the acceptance management of drug quantity and other measures.Conclusion Through the continuous quality improvement of drug quantity acceptance by the PDCA cycle mode,the quantity acceptance rate of drugs can be greatly increased.
