过氧化氢与过氧乙酸两种消毒剂在生物安全实验室终末消毒效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较7.5%过氧化氢、15%过氧乙酸两种消毒剂对生物安全三级实验室内物体表面消毒效果。方法:采用嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌作为生物指示剂(5×105 CFU/片~5×106 CFU/片)对7.5%过氧化氢、15%过氧乙酸作用不同时间进行生物安全三级实验室的空间表面和实验室的关键防护设备(生物安全柜和高效过滤器)消毒效果评价。结果:在室内温度为23.4℃~24.5℃、相对湿度为45%~86%的条件下,作用40分钟的两种消毒剂均可将房间空间表面的嗜热脂肪芽孢载体全部杀灭。结论:为生物安全三级实验室内空气和物体表面终末消毒选择消毒剂浓度及相应的作用时间参考。Objective:To compare the disinfection effect of 7.5%hydrogen peroxide and 15%peracetic acid in disinfecting the surface of objects in the biosafety levelⅢlaboratory.Methods:Bacillus stearothermophilus was used as a biological indicator(5×105 CFU/tablets~5×106 CFU/tablets)to evaluate the disinfection efficacy of 7.5%hydrogen peroxide and 15%peracetic acid at different times on the space surface of the biosafety levelⅢlaboratory and the key protective equipment(biosafety cabinet and high efficiency filter)of the laboratory.Results:Under the condition of indoor temperature of 23.4℃~24.5℃and relative humidity of 45%~86%,the two disinfectants could kill all the thermophilic adipospores on the surface of the room space after 40 minutes.Conclusion:It can be used as a reference for selecting disinfectant concentration and corresponding action time for terminal disinfection of air and object surface in biosafety levelⅢlaboratory.
