摘 要:由于能源需求的急剧增加和传统化石能源造成的环境污染,成本低、清洁环保的分布式能源被大量接入电网,其波动性、随机性、间歇性等特性也给电力系统带来巨大的挑战。为了有效应对风电的不确定性,实现风电在互联电网中的多区域协调消纳,提出一种含风电的多区域电力系统多场景分散协调方法。该方法首先建立风电预测场景下的确定场景经济调度模型,利用目标级联分析法进行分散协调优化;然后利用多场景法抽样生成风电的不确定场景,对确定场景经济调度模型进行误差修正优化;最后进行分散协调优化和误差修正优化的循环迭代,计算出全网最优发电调度方案。算例分析结果表明,所提出方法可有效应对风电的不确定性,实现能源互联网中跨区消纳大规模风电的目的。Due to the rapid increase of energy demand and environmental pollution caused by traditional fossil energy, a large number of low-cost, clean and environment-friendly distributed energy are connected to the power grid.Its volatility, randomness, intermittence and other characteristics also bring great challenges to the power system.This paper proposes a multi scenario decentralized coordination method for multi-area interconnected power system with wind power, which can effectively deal with the uncertainty of wind power and realize multi area coordinated consumption of wind power in interconnected power grid.Firstly, the economic dispatch model of wind power forecasting scenario is established, and the target cascade analysis method is used for decentralized coordination optimization;Secondly, the uncertain scenarios of wind power are generated by multi scenario sampling method, and the error correction and optimization of the economic dispatch model of the determined scenarios are carried out;Finally, the optimal generation scheduling scheme of the whole network is calculated by the iteration of decentralized coordination optimization and error correction optimization.The results of example analysis show that the proposed method can effectively deal with the uncertainty of wind power and achieve the purpose of cross regional consumption of large-scale wind power in energy Internet.
