摘 要:在我国现代科技不断发展的背景下,3D打印技术水平发展迅速,可与现代注射模具制造技术相互融合,解决注射模具制造技术中存在的难题。因此,分析我国塑料注射模具制造技术发展现状,明确3D打印技术在塑料注射模具设计与制造中的具体优势,并探讨3D打印技术应用于注射模具设计与制造可能出现的各种问题。Under the background of the continuous development of modern science and technology in China,the level of 3D printing technology has developed rapidly,which can be integrated with modern injection mold manufacturing technology to solve the problems in injection mold manufacturing technology.Through the analysis of the development status of China’s plastic injection mold manufacturing technology,the specific advantages of 3D printing technology in the design and manufacturing of plastic injection mold were clarified,and the possible problems in the application of 3D printing technology in the design and manufacturing of injection mold were discussed.
