摘　　要：目的分析整体护理干预对直肠癌根治术患者心理状态及康复效果的影响。方法选择自贡市第四人民医院2017年1月—2019年1月收治的直肠癌根治术患者90例为研究对象,按照就诊时间先后顺序分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例。对照组给予常规护理与指导,观察组在对照组基础上给予整体护理干预,包括心理护理干预、疼痛护理干预、并发症护理干预、饮食指导、出院健康教育等。比较两组患者围术期并发症发生率及生活质量的评分。结果与对照组相比,观察组住院时间更短,手术切口愈合时间缩短,术中出血量减少,SAS及SDS评分降低,术后进食时间、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、引流置管留置时间及尿管留置时间均缩短,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组并发症发生率低,生活质量各项目评分高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理干预可有效缓解直肠癌根治术患者焦虑、抑郁等情绪,缩短住院及康复时间,降低并发症发生率,可明显改善患者的生活质量。Objective To analysis the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the mental status and rehabilitation effect of patients with radical rectal cancer resection.Methods Ninety patients who underwent radical rectal cancer surgery in Zigong Fourth People’s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the order of treatment time,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nurse and guidance,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,including psychological nursing intervention,pain nursing intervention,complications nursing intervention,diet guidance,discharge health education,etc.The perioperative complication rate and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter hospitalization stay,shorter incision healing time,less intraoperative bleeding,lower SAS and SDS scores,shorter postoperative feeding time,shorter anal exhaust time,shorter out-of-bed activity time,shorter drainage catheter indwelling time and shorter urinary catheter indwelling time,all of which had significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower incidence of complications and higher scores for quality of life items,and that all had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively relieve anxiety,depression and other emotions of patients with Radical Rectal Cancer,shorten hospitalization and rehabilitation time,reduce the incidence of complications,and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
