全程无缝隙护理在慢性感染性伤口患者中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨全程无缝隙护理在慢性感染性伤口患者中的临床价值。方法采用密集抽样法选取2017年10月—2018年10月本院82例慢性感染性伤口患者,以随机数字表法分为实验组(n=41,行全程无缝隙护理)与对照组(n=41,行常规护理)。比较两组干预效果。结果实验组伤口愈合总有效率(95.12%)高于对照组(78.05%)(χ^(2)=5.145,P=0.023);干预1周、2周、2个月时,实验组VAS评分低于对照组(均P<0.05);实验组依从率高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.493,P=0.034),ASAS-R-C评分高于对照组(t=17.022,P<0.001)。结论在慢性感染性伤口患者中应用全程无缝隙护理可减轻疼痛程度,改善依从性,提升自我护理能力,且对疗效改善有积极作用,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of whole-course seamless nursing in patients with chronic infectious wounds.Methods Atotal of 82 patients with chronic infectious wounds in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected by intensive sampling method.The random number table method was divided into experimental group(n=41,receiving whole-course seamless nursing)and control group(n=41,receiving routine nursing).The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of wound healing in the experimental group(95.12%)was higher than that in the control group(78.05%)(χ^(2)=5.145,P=0.023).VAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group at 1 week,2 weeks and 2 months after intervention(all P<0.05).The compliance rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=4.493,P=0.034),and ASAS-r-c score was higher than that of the control group(t=17.022,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of whole-course seamless nursing in patients with chronic infectious wounds can reduce the degree of pain,improve compliance,improve the ability of self-care,and has a positive effect on the improvement of curative effect,worthy of clinical promotion.
