枕头坝水电站机组黑启动能力验证的试验方法研究

摘　　要：作为电力系统安全运行的重要措施之一,黑启动对电网系统故障后的恢复起着至关重要的作用。因此,有必要研究水电站机组黑启动能力验证的试验方法,通过试验验证机组黑启动能力,以保证水电站大坝、厂房、机组等的安全,有序、快速地对电网恢复送电。本文介绍了枕头坝水电站机组参数配置,重点分析了枕头坝电站3号机组黑启动试验方法和步骤。研究结果表明,枕头坝水电站机组具备黑启动能力。As one of the important measures for the safe operation of the power system,black start plays a vital role in the recovery of the power grid system after failure.Therefore,it is necessary to study the test method for verification of the black start capability of hydropower generating units and verify the black start capability of the generating units through tests to ensure the safety of hydropower dams,powerhouses,and generating units,and to restore power to the grid in an orderly and fast manner.This paper introduced the parameter configuration of the Zhentouba Hydropower Sta⁃tion unit,focusing on the analysis of the black start test methods and procedures for Unit 3 of the Zhentouba Hydropower Station.The research results show that the units of the Zhentouba Hydropower Station have black start capability.
