摘　　要：环境规制对企业绿色创新具有重要影响,但针对服务业绿色创新研究尚未形成系统的框架,特别是多层面影响因素的研究更为缺乏。文章以我国206家交通运输企业为研究对象,基于制度理论和高阶理论构建了环境规制、高管环保意识与企业绿色创新之间的理论模型,考察了环境规制对交通运输企业绿色创新的影响机制及高管环保意识的中介作用。研究发现:命令控制型环境规制对企业绿色技术创新具有显著正向影响,对企业绿色工艺创新为"倒U"型的影响;市场激励型环境规制对企业绿色技术创新和绿色工艺创新均具有显著正向影响;高管环保意识对环境规制和企业绿色创新存在部分中介效应。据此,得到推动中国交通运输企业绿色创新的管理启示。Environmental regulation has a significant influence on enterprise green innovation,but the research on green innovation in service industry has not yet formed a systematic framework,especially the multi-level influence factors are lacking.Taking 206 transportation enterprises in China as the research object,this paper constructs a theoretical model between environmental regulation,top manager.s environmental awareness,and enterprise green innovation based on Institutional theory and Upper Echelons theory,and investigates the impact mechanism of environmental regulation on green innovation of transportation enterprises and the mediating role of top manager.s environmental awareness.It is found that the command-controlled environmental regulation has a significant positive impact on the green technology innovation of enterprises,and has an inverted"U"effect on the green process innovation of enterprises;market incentive environmental regulation has a significant positive impact on green technology innovation and green process innovation;top manager.s environmental awareness has a partial mediating effect on environmental regulation and green innovation.Based on this,this paper puts forward the management enlightenment of promoting green innovation of China.s transportation enterprises.
