摘　　要：黄健玲教授是广东省岭南名中医,中医妇科博士研究生导师,第6批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师。本文总结黄教授治疗崩漏的临证经验,黄教授认为崩漏病因病机复杂,主要病机乃脾肾气虚或肝肾阴虚为本,瘀热为标,故治疗时急则治其标,塞流止血为主,血止后调经固本,重视脾肾,按照患者年龄阶段论治,疗效显著。Professor Huang Jianling is a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Guangdong Province,China,a doctoral supervisor of Department of Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine,is also in the sixth group of supervisors for the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine in China.This paper summarizes Professor Huang's clinical experience in treating abnormal uterine bleeding.According to Professor Huang,the causes and pathogenesis of abnormal uterine bleeding are complex,the main pathogenesis is spleen-kidney Qi deficiency or liver-kidney Yin deficiency,marked by blood stasis and heat.Therefore,the treatment should follow the principle of"treating the symptoms when it is acute and treating the root when it is slow",flexibly applying the three methods of treating abnormal uterine bleeding,attaching importance to the spleen and stomach during the menstrual cycle,and treating the disease according to the patients'age,will get a remarkable curative effect.
