急性脑血栓形成治疗中实施加味补阳还五汤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味补阳还五汤联合西药治疗急性脑血栓形成的疗效。方法将2020年5月至2021年5月本院收治的急性脑血栓形成患者120例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予抗血小板聚集、降低颅内压、控制血压等常规治疗,并给予依达拉奉30 mg,加入100 ml生理盐水中稀释,静脉滴注,2次/d;观察组在此基础上加用加味补阳还五汤,水煎浓缩至200 ml,1剂/d,分早晚2次服用。两组均连续用药4周,治疗结束后评定临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分。结果观察组临床总有效率为91.67%(55/60),显著高于对照组的80.00%(48/60)(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分显著低于对照组数据(P<0.05)。结论加味补阳还五汤联合西药治疗急性脑血栓形成的临床疗效显著,可改善神经功能,值得推广使用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis.Methods From May 2020 to May 2021,120 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital were divided into a control group and an observation group with the random number table,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment such as anti-platelet aggregation,reduction of intracranial pressure,and blood pressure control,and intravenous drip with 30 mg of edaravone diluted with 100 ml of normal saline,twice a day.The observation group was given Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis,concentrated to 200 ml,1 dose/day,and taken twice in the morning and evening.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks continuously,and the clinical efficacy and neurological deficit score were evaluated after the treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%(55/60),which was significantly higher than that of the control group[80.00%(48/60)](P<0.05).After the treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with western medicine on acute cerebral thrombosis is significant,which can improve the nerve function and is worth popularizing.
