摘　　要：针对目前列车车载以太网设备例行测试均采用手动测试、测试项点无法覆盖产品所有功能且测试人工成本和时间成本过高的现状,文章基于React框架开发web前端,应用Python自动化测试技术,结合专用测试仪表和测试工装,提出一种满足车载以太网设备例行测试的自动化测试方法。该方法具有测试功能丰富、自动化程度高、测试速度快和操作友好等优点。在“复兴号”CR300动车组上的实际应用结果表明,该方法能覆盖车载以太网设备全部16个测试项点,可同时完成全列车所有以太网设备测试,满足车载以太网产品的例行测试需求,且测试时间仅为手动测试时间的1.9%,大大提高了测试效率。At present,routine test of onboard train Ethernet products in train is manual test,the test items cannot cover all the product functions,and the test labor cost and time cost are too high.This paper proposes an automatic test method to meet the routine test requirement of train onboard Ethernet products,which uses a web front-end based on react framework,applies Python automatic test technology,combines with special test instruments and test tool.This method has the advantages of rich test functions,high degree of automation,fast test speed and user friendly operation.Based on the practical application results of CR300 China Rejuvenation EMU,this method covers all 16 test-points of onboard Ethernet products,and can cover all Ethernet products test of a train at the same time,which meets the routine test requirements of onboard Ethernet products.The test time is only 1.9%of the manual one,and the test efficiency is greatly improved.
