摘  要:为了研究支撑剂的基本性能与导流能力之间的关系,对大量不同种类和规格的支撑剂室内评价测试数据进行了支撑剂性能和短期导流能力分析。结果表明:1)影响支撑剂充填层导流能力的主要因素为平均直径、闭合应力以及破碎率。2)平均直径与导流能力呈正相关关系,支撑剂粒径越大,其导流能力越大;可采用二次多项式拟合方法拟合不同闭合应力条件下平均直径与导流能力的关系。3)石英砂的破碎率与导流能力成反比,破碎率高会导致导流能力降低,支撑剂破碎产生的细小颗粒能堵塞孔隙和通道。4)铺置浓度越大,导流能力越大,导流能力与铺置浓度呈倍数关系。由于低铺置浓度条件下的破碎率高于高铺置浓度,导致低铺置浓度下渗透率小于高铺置浓度。In order to study the relationship between the basic performance of proppant and its conductivity, the proppant performance and short-term conductivity were statistically analyzed based on a large number of laboratory evaluation test data of different types and sizes of proppant. The results show that: the main factors affecting the conductivity of proppant are the mean diameter, closure stress and crushing rate. The mean diameter is positively correlated with the conductivity and the larger the proppant particle size, the greater the conductivity. The relationship between the mean diameter and the conductivity under different closure stress conditions can be fitted by quadratic polynomial fitting method. The crushing rate of quartz sand is inversely proportional to the conductivity, the high crushing rate will reduce the conductivity, and the small particles produced by the crushing of proppant can block the pores and channels. The higher the proppant placement concentration, the greater the conductivity, and the relationship between them is multiple. Because the crushing rate at low placement concentration is higher than that at high concentration, the permeability at low concentration is lower than that at high concentration.
