TRIGEN后足融合髓内钉在胫距跟融合术中的疗效

摘　　要：目的:总结使用TRIGEN后足融合髓内钉行胫距跟融合术(TTCA)治疗后足病变的临床效果及其并发症。方法:采用回顾性分析2015年2月至2019年1月收治的使用TRIGEN直型后足融合髓内钉TTCA术治疗34例后足病变患者临床资料,获得平均24.3个月的随访。术后评估后足融合情况、美国足与踝协会踝与后足功能评分(AOFAS)、视觉模糊测量评分(VAS)及其并发症发生情况。结果:34例中,31例患者关节融合良好,平均融合时间为4.4个月。术后AOFAS评分较术前明显提高[(67.8±16.8)vs(28.6±14.0),P<0.01],术后VAS评分较术前明显下降[(1.5±0.9)vs(6.1±2.2),P<0.05],本组并发症发生率为29.4%(10/34)。结论:TRIGEN后足融合髓内钉行胫距跟融合术可取得较好的临床效果和相对低的并发症。Objective: To summarize the clinic results and complications of tibiotalocalcaneal arthrodesis(TTCA)in treatment hindfoot diseases used the TRIGEN hind foot fusion intramedullary nail. Methods:34 patients with hindfoot diseases underwent TTCA used TRIGEN hindfoot fusion intramedullary nail from Feb 2015 to Jan 2019,and the average follow-up was 24.3 months. The fusion rate,hindfoot alignment,VAS scores,American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)and the rate of complication postoperatively were analyzed. Results:Among the34 cases,bony union was 31 cases,the mean time was 4.4 months. Compared with the before treatment,the AOFAS was significantly higher after treatment[(67.8 ±16.8)vs(28.6±14.0),P<0.01],while the VAS scores was significantly lower [(1.5 ± 0.9) vs(6.1 ± 2.2),P<0.05]. The complication was 29.4%(10/34). Conclusion:It may achieve goodeffect and a few complications on patients with hindfoot diseases underwent TTCA used TRIGEN hindfoot fusion intramedullary nail.
