摘 要:宁化行洛坑钨矿黑白钨矿与含钙脉石矿物和硅酸盐矿物紧密共生,而传统的"GY法"浮选工艺中脂肪酸的使用严重制约了钨精矿品位的提高。研究了苯甲羟肟酸铅(Pb-BHA)金属-有机配合物捕收剂在行洛坑钨矿的应用,并依据矿石性质设计开发出"GY法粗选-离心机预精选-配合物法精选"的新工艺流程。新工艺在粗选段使用"GY法"浮选流程,确保钨粗选取得较高的回收率;而后粗精矿进入离心机初步富集钨精矿,将微细粒的含钙脉石矿物脱除;最后离心机精矿进入配合物浮选工艺流程中,采用基于配合物捕收剂的黑白钨常温混合浮选工艺进一步提升精矿品位,获得高品位钨精矿。实验室小型试验结果表明,配合物捕收剂对黑白钨矿具有极强的选择性,经过2粗2扫的闭路浮选流程,可以获得WO3品位为40.22%的钨精矿、回收率为98.43%,且精矿中萤石和方解石等含钙脉石矿物含量极低。工业试验结果表明,新工艺可以在原矿WO3品位为0.16%的情况下,获得最终WO3品位为40.72%、综合回收率达到80%以上的钨精矿,取得良好的工业生产指标。宁化行洛坑钨矿配合物捕收剂浮选新工艺生产实践为钨资源的高效、清洁、综合利用提供了技术支撑。The wolframite and scheelite from Xingluokeng Tungsten Mine in Ninghua are closely associated with the calcium-bearing gangue minerals and silicate minerals.However,the use of fatty acids in the traditional"GY"flotation process restricts the improvement of the grade of tungsten concentrate.The application of Pb-BHA metal-organic complex collector in Xingluokeng Tungsten Mine was studied.A new technological process of GY method roughing flotation—pre-cleaning flotation with a centrifuge—complex collector cleaning flotation was designed according to the ore properties.The new process uses the"GY"flotation process in the roughing flotation to ensure a high recovery of tungsten.Then the coarse concentrate enters the centrifuge to preliminarily enrich the tungsten and remove the fine calcium gangue mineral.Finally,the centrifuge concentrate is put into the process of complex flotation,and the mixed flotation process of wolframite and scheelite at room temperature based on the complex collector is adopted to further improve the concentrate grade and obtain high grade tungsten concentrate.The results of laboratory experiments show that the complex collector has strong selectivity to wolframite and scheelite.After the closed-circuit flotation process of two roughing flotation and two scavenging flotation,the tungsten concentrate with WO3 grade of 40.22%can be obtained with a recovery of 98.43%,and the content of calciumbearing gangue minerals such as fluorite and calcite in the concentrate is very low.The industrial test results show that the new process can obtain the tungsten concentrate with the grade of about 40.72%and the comprehensive recovery over 80%,when the grade of the raw tungsten ore is 0.16%,achieving a good industrial production index.The production practice of the new flotation technology in Xingluokeng tungsten mine provides technical support for the efficient,clean,and comprehensive utilization of tungsten resources.
