摘 要:为解决超细尾砂制备充填材料,针对其低浓度条件下抗压强度低,高浓度条件下流动性差的问题,研发了超细尾砂充填材料性能调节剂。试验分别测试了不同调节剂掺量及灰砂比与调节剂协同作用下,对充填材料抗压强度和流动度的影响,并用扫描电镜分析了添加调节剂前后不同龄期的水化产物形貌变化。研究发现,调节剂可以显著提高超细尾砂充填材料各龄期的抗压强度,可以显著改善流动度,对早期强度提升更明显,充填材料灰砂比越低,抗压强度提升比例越高。灰砂比为1∶6,固相浓度为57%,调节剂掺量为4%时,与空白组相比,3 d强度可以提高78%,28 d强度可以提高23%;灰砂比为1∶8时,充填材料3 d抗压强度提高95%,28 d抗压强度提高31%。添加调节剂后,促进了钙矾石和凝胶类物质的生成,填充孔隙,提高了抗压强度,同时提高了分散性,增加了流动度。调节剂的应用可以改善超细尾砂充填材料的力学性能和工作性,提高工程效率,降低工程成本,具有较高的经济价值。In order to solve the problems of backfill materials prepared by ultra-fine tailings,such as low compressive strength under the condition of low concentration and poor fluidity under high concentration,the performance regulator of ultra-fine tailings backfill materials was developed.The effects of different amount of regulator and the synergistic action of cement-sand ratio and regulator on the compressive strength and fluidity of backfill materials were tested,and the morphology changes of hydration products at different ages before and after adding regulator were analyzed by scanning electron microscope.It is found that the regulator can significantly improve the compressive strength of the ultra-fine tailings backfill materials at each age,and can significantly improve the fluidity,especially the early strength.The lower the cement-sand ratio of the backfill materials is,the higher the proportion of compressive strength is.When the cement-sand ratio is 1∶6,the solid concentration is 57%,and the content of regulator is 4%,compared with the blank group,the 3 d strength can be increased by 78%and 28 d strength can be increased by 23%.When the cement-sand ratio is 1∶8,the 3 d compressive strength of the backfill materials is increased by 95%,the 28 d compressive strength is increased by 31%.With the addition of regulator,the formation of ettringite and gel is promoted,the pores are filled,the compressive strength is improved,the dispersibility is improved and the fluidity is increased.The application of regulator can improve the mechanical properties and workability of ultra-fine tailings backfill materials,improve engineering efficiency,reduce engineering cost,and has high economic value.
