摘 要:以高压含水破碎段巷道为依托,通过对淋水点附近岩石力学进行地质调查,分析该范围淋水点附近围岩的节理裂隙,为下一步淋水治理方案的制定提供数据支撑。将淋水点封堵之后,提出新的围岩支护设计方法,确立了化学浆封堵淋水+U型钢+化学浆加固空区的深部高应力带支护设计理念,该设计支护速度快,安全高效,使围岩压力充分释放,既能堵水还能起到支护加固的作用。选取焦家矿区-630 m中段运输巷道不同区段作为工业试验地点采用化学浆封堵淋水+U型钢+化学浆加固空区支护方案,对堵水支护效果进行实时监测,结果表明采用该支护方式能够顺利通过含水破碎段并起到了一定的加固作用。Based on the roadway in the broken high-pressure water bearing section,and through the geological investigation of rock mechanics near the water pouring point,the joint fissures of the surrounding rock near the water pouring point was analyzed to provide the data support for planning the next water pouring treatment. After the water pouring point is sealed,a new design for surrounding rock support is proposed,and the design idea of deep high stress zone support chemical slurry plugging and water pouring + U-shaped steel + golf reinforcement by chemical slurry is established,based on the principle of high speed,safety and high efficiency,which can totally release the pressure at surrounding rock. It can not only block against water,but also play the role in support and reinforcement. The different sub-sections of the transportation roadway in the -630 m middle section of Jiaojia mining area were selected as the industrial test site to apply the supporting scheme of chemical slurry plugging and water pouring + U-shaped steel + golf reinforcement by chemical slurry. Meanwhile,the real-time monitoring of the water blocking and supporting effect is carried out. The results show that this supporting method can smoothly cross the broken water-bearing section and play a certain role in reinforcement.
