摘 要:针对黑山铁矿供矿不足,轨道运输效率偏低,通信不畅以及存在的安全隐患等问题,利用无线通信与人员定位系统、视频监控系统,对现有设备进行改造升级。结合计算机网络信息技术、传感器检测技术以及机车优化调度算法策略设计了一套针对该矿的轨道运输智能调度系统。通过实验室物理模型与黑山铁矿智能运输调度系统设计的实际运行,可提高运输效率26.7%,能够完全满足选厂的加工能力。该系统不仅能提高黑山铁矿井下运输效率、保障运输安全,又能向其他采用轨道运输的地下矿山拓展,对矿山智能化建设具有重要意义。In view of the problems of insufficient ore supply,low rail transport efficiency,poor communication and existing security risks in Heishan Iron Mine,wireless communication and personnel positioning system and video monitoring system are used to transform and upgrade the existing equipment. Combined with computer network information technology,sensor detection technology and optimal scheduling algorithm strategy of locomotive,a set of intelligent scheduling system for rail transportation in this mine is designed. Through the intelligent transportation scheduling system design of Heishan Iron Mine and the actual operation of the physical model in the laboratory,the transportation efficiency can be improved by about 26.7%,which can fully meet the processing capacity of the concentrator. The system can not only improve underground transport efficiency and ensure transport safety of Heishan Iron Mine,but also expand to other underground mines that adopt rail transport,which is of great significance for intelligent construction of mines.
