摘　　要：文章通过识别高校图书馆创新创业服务的主体类型及其需求内容,分析高校图书馆创新创业服务的困境,从制度协调与改革能力、资源整合能力、技术支持能力、馆员服务与管理能力、服务创新能力、服务交互能力等方面进行高校图书馆创新创业服务的能力体系构建。By identifying the main types of innovative and entrepreneurial services and their requirements,this paper analyzes the difficulties of innovative and entrepreneurial services in academic libraries,and constructs the ability system of innovative and entrepreneurial services in academic libraries from the aspects of system coordination and reform ability,resource integration ability,technical support ability,librarian service and management ability,service innovation ability,service interaction ability,etc.
