摘　　要：文章从图书馆舆情信息服务各项运行机制的内涵入手,构建基于系统和价值角度分析的图书馆舆情信息服务各运行机制的模型。图书馆舆情信息服务各运行机制之间呈现出相互依存、相互制约、相互促进的复杂关系,共同构成动态平衡的运行机制,共同作用于图书馆政府舆情信息服务系统的整体性效能。Starting from the connotation of the operation mechanism of library public opinion information service,a model or framework structure of the operation mechanism of library public opinion information service based on a system and value analysis is constructed.The various operation mechanisms present a complex relationship of interdependence,mutual restriction,and mutual promotion.Together,they constitute a dynamic and balanced operation mechanism,which collectively affects the overall effectiveness of the library government public opinion information service system.
