男护士灾害准备度的现状调查及分析

摘　　要：目的了解男护士灾害准备度现状及影响因素,为医院组建灾害护理救援队以及提高男护士灾害护理能力提供参考。方法使用便利抽样的方法采用中文版灾害准备度评估工具对盐城市第一人民医院42名男护士以现场发放问卷的形式进行调查。结果本次研究的结果显示,男护士灾害准备度得分最高分为208分,最低分为101分,总分为(151.43±27.54)分;影响男护士灾害准备度的单因素分析显示,男护士的年龄、文化程度、职称及所在科室对灾害准备度的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05),而工作年限及是否听说过灾害护理这一因素对男护士灾害准备的得分无统计学意义(P>0.05);多元线性回归分析的结果表明,男护士的科室、年龄、是否参加过灾害救援培训以及是否参加过灾害救援是影响其灾害准备度的因素(P<0.05)。结论目前本院的男护士灾害准备度处于中等水平,有着很大的提升空间。医院在组建灾害护理救援队时应注重人力资源的科学搭配,加大男护士的比重;同时应有计划地筹备男护士人才储备库,制定相关标准,对其进行理论培训、实战考核,不断提升男护士的灾害救援能力。Objective To understand the present situation and influence factors of male nurses′ disaster preparedness, to provide reference for setting up disaster nursing rescue team and improving male nurses′ ability of disaster nursing. Methods Convenience sampling method was used, 42 male nurses in Yancheng First People′s Hospital were investigated by means of questionnaire. Results The results of this study showed that male nurses had a highest score of 208, a lowest score of 101, and a total score of 151.43±27.54. The results of the analysis of the factors affecting male nurses′ disaster preparedness showed that the age, education, professional title and department′s score on disaster preparedness were significant(P<0.05), while the factors of working years and whether they had heard of disaster care were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the results showed that the department of male nurses, age, whether they had participated in disaster rescue training and whether they had participated in disaster rescue were the factors affecting their disaster preparedness(P<0.05). Conclusion At present, male nurses in our hospital are at a moderate level of disaster preparedness, and still have a large space to improve. Hospitals should pay attention to the human resource allocation and improve the proportion of male nurses while setting up disaster nursing rescue teams;at the same time, they should prepare the talent reserve of male nurses in as planned, formulate relevant standards, carry out theoretical training, and assessment, continuously improve the disaster rescue ability of male nurses.
