改良邻面咬合纸在单冠种植修复患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨改良邻面咬合纸在单冠种植修复患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—10月在本院就诊的70例单颗牙种植修复患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例,对照组使用30μm咬合纸常规调改邻接触;观察组则将30μm咬合纸剪成6 mm×6 mm规格后,调改邻接触。比较两组患者就医舒适度及满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组的患者就医舒适度和满意度均显著增高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用改良后的邻面咬合纸这一有效的精细化护理策略,能够有效提高种植义齿邻接触调改中的患者舒适度及满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective The purpose of this study was to improve nursing strategies, assist doctors to adjust implant denture adjacent contact, achieve efficient and accurate work quality, so as to improve patients′ comfort and doctors′ satisfaction. Methods 70 patients with single tooth implant in our department from January to October 2018 were selected, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 35 cases in each group. In the control group, 30 μm occlusal paper was used for routine adjustment of adjacent contact;in the observation group, 30 μm occlusal paper was cut into 6 mm×6 mm specification, in order to evaluate the comfort degree of patients and satisfaction degree of doctors. Results Compared with the control group, the comfort of patients in the observation group was significantly increased, The results of doctor′s satisfaction are similar, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Using the improved adjacent occlusal paper as an effective meticulous nursing strategy, it can effectively improve the patients′ comfort and doctors′ satisfaction in the adjacent contact adjustment of implant dentures.
