弱视儿童与正常儿童P-VEP及立体视的差异性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨弱视与正常儿童图形诱发视觉电位和立体视的差异.方法对65例弱视患儿104只弱视眼行P-VEP及远近立体视检查,统计分析治疗前后的差异.结果弱视儿童较正常对照组P100波平均振幅降低,潜伏期延长,中、重度弱视P100振幅较轻度弱视低,潜伏期较轻度弱视长,弱视治疗后,P100振幅升高,潜伏期缩短(P<0.05).弱视患者远近立体视均差于正常对照组儿童,屈光不正型弱视患者在治疗前后,远、近立体视均好于屈光参差型弱视患者(P<0.05).结论P-VEP及立体视不仅能体现弱视严重程度,还能反映弱视治疗及恢复的情况,可以指导弱视临床诊疗工作.Objective To elevate the difference of pattern visual evoked potentials(P-VEP) and stereoscopic vision between normal children and gamblyopia.Methods The P-VEP and near-far stereoscopic vision of 104 amblyopic eyes in 65 children before and after amblyopic treatment were examined and analyses.Results The average amplitude of P100 wave in children with amblyopia was lower than that in the normal control group,and the incubation period was prolonged.The P100 amplitude of moderate and severe amblyopia was lower than that of mild amblyopia,and the incubation period was longer than that of mild amblyopia.After amblyopia treatment,the P100 amplitude increased and the incubation period was shortened(P<0.05).The near-far stereoscopic vision of amblyopia patients was worse than that of the normal control group,and both near-far stereoscopic vision in ametropic amblyopia patients were better than those in anisometropia amblyopia patients before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion P-VEP and stereoscopic vision can not only reflect the severity of amblyopia but also reflect the treatment and recovery of amblyopia,which can guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of amblyopia.
