小型电机铸铁机座卧车车削夹具设计

摘　　要：在对小型电机铸铁机座卧车车削工艺优化过程中,设计了一套全新的车削夹具。新夹具有效地减小了止口变形,提高了两端止口与机座铁心的同轴度以及两端止口平面的平行度,该工装操作简单方便,可靠性高,大幅降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。During optimized improvement on the cutting process of the cast iron frame of small-size motors by the horizontal lathes,a set of whole-new cutting fixture is designed.The new cutting fixture decreases the deformation of the stop efficiently and increases the concentric degree between stops on the two ends and frame core,as well as the parallelism of stops on the two ends.It possesses the features of simple operation and high reliability,to lower the labor strength and up-rise the working efficiency greatly.
