摘　　要：本文从仲景六经辨证理论出发,探讨新冠疫苗不良反应的病证规律,认为其符合仲景对六经病证的论述。接种新冠疫苗后出现不良反应的过程中,可出现太阳病证、少阳病证、阳明病证甚至少阴病证,并具有一定的合病、并病及传变规律,认为运用六经辨证对辨治新冠疫苗出现的不良反应及“即病防变”具有一定的指导意义,且据六经传变条件论述了接种前后相关的饮食及休作调护,并附以验案。Based on six-channel differentiation,this paper discusses the rules of symptoms of adverse reactions of 2019-nCov vaccine and considers that it is consistent with the elaboration of the symptoms in the Six Channels theory.In the process of adverse reactions after inoculation of 2019-nCov vaccine,there may occur Taiyang disease,Shaoyang disease,Yangming disease and even Shaoying disease,and also contain the co-occurrence disease and transmutation.This paper concludes that using the syndrome differentiation of the Six Channels theory to treat the adverse reactions of 2019-nCov vaccine and"preventing the disease from changing"has a certain guiding significance.In addition,according to the conditions of the six meridians transmission,the related diet and rest care before and after inoculation are discussed,and the sample is attached.
