摘  要:对于轻水反应堆核电站,在发生反应堆失水事故情况下,大量的高温高压蒸汽喷放进入安全壳后,含空气的蒸汽冷凝是安全壳内重要的物理现象之一。先前的研究提出了若干实验关联式,它们包含了压力,浓度,壁面过冷度等热力参数对冷凝传热系数的影响。但是,目前仍缺少管径、倾角等几何参数对冷凝传热系数的影响研究。因此,本研究在压力0.15~1.6 MPa,过冷度30~120℃范围下开展了不同管径、倾角条件下含不凝性气体蒸汽冷凝传热的特性实验。对三种不同管径(19 mm、15 mm、12mm)五种不同倾角(0°、30°、45°、60°、90°)的传热管进行了传热特性分析。结果表明,随着管径的减小和倾角的降低,冷凝传热系数随之增加。基于本研究和国内外相关实验的2276个实验数据点,提出了一个包含管径和倾角的实验关联式,它在95%置信度下的误差在±15%以内。For light water reactor nuclear power plants,in loss of coolant accidents,large amounts of high-temperature and high-pressure steam are released into the containment.Steam condensation consisting of air is one of the important thermal-hydraulic phenomena in containment.Previous studies have proposed several experimental correlations,which include the influence of thermal parameters such as pressure,concentration,wall subcooling on condensation heat transfer coefficient.However,there is still a lack of research on the influence of geometric parameters such as pipe diameter and dip angle on condensation heat transfer coefficient.Therefore,in this study,the heat transfer characteristics of steam condensation containing non-condensing gas were tested under different pipe diameters and inclinations at pressures of 0.15〜1.6 MPa and subcooling of 30〜120℃.The heat transfer characteristics of three different pipe diameters(19 mm,15 mm,12 mm)and five different inclinations(0°、30°、45°、60°、90°)were analyzed.The results show that the condensation heat transfer coefficient increases with the decrease of pipe diameter and dip Angle.Based on 2276 experimental data points in this study and relevant domestic and international experiments,an experimental correlation including pipe diameter and inclination Angle is proposed,and its deviation is within±15%with 95%confidence.
