摘 要:为了研究镍基涂层在不同烟气气氛下对水冷壁管抗腐蚀性能以及Mo、Nb、W三种元素对涂层性能的影响。该文设计并通过等离子喷涂制备了三种镍基涂层,在实验温度450℃条件下,采用不连续增重法研究涂层在四种模拟烟气气氛中的抗腐蚀行为。得到三种涂层试样在四种气氛下的腐蚀增重及腐蚀100 h的增重速率均明显低于无涂层的SUS304H不锈钢,且在H_(2)S、HCl浓度升高以及水蒸气存在时,3号涂层腐蚀略低于1号涂层,明显低于2号涂层;高浓度H_2S烟气气氛下,三种涂层腐蚀增重及增重速率降低;在高浓度HCl以及添加水蒸气烟气气氛下,三种涂层腐蚀加剧。三种镍基涂层表现出良好的抗腐蚀性能,涂层中Mo与W的作用优于Nb,用5%W替代3%Mo,涂层在抵抗H_(2)S、HCl以及水蒸气腐蚀上具有明显优势;三种涂层具有显著的抗H_(2)S腐蚀性能,在高浓度H_(2)S气氛下涂层抗腐蚀效果更佳;烟气中的水蒸气在氯以及H_(2)S等腐蚀物质的协同作用下对换热管壁产生较强的腐蚀作用。W对于提高涂层的抗水蒸汽腐蚀有积极作用。The work aims to study the corrosion resistance of Ni-based coatings on water-wall tubes in different atmospheres and the effects of Mo,Nb,and W elements in the coating.Three kinds of Ni-based coatings were designed and prepared by plasma spray on SUS304H steel.At 450℃,the anti-corrosion behavior of the coating in four simulated atmospheres was studied using a discontinuous weight gain method.The weight gain and increase rate of specimen with three different coatings under the four atmospheres were significantly lower than that of the uncoated SUS304H steel.With the increasing of H_(2)S,HCl and steam concentration,the corrosion extent of coating No.3 was slightly lower than coating No.1,and much lower than coating No.2.Improvingthe concentration of H_(2)S in flue gas,the weight gain and increase rate of specimen with the three coatings were decreased.Moreover,with the increasing of HCl and steam in flue gas,the three coatings were more seriously corroded.The three Ni-based coatings showed good corrosion resistance.Mo and W played an important role as anti-corrosion element in the coating than Nb.5%W instead of 3%Mo in the coating has advantages in resisting H_(2)S,HCl and steam corrosion.And the three coatings have significant anti-H_(2)S corrosion performance,exhibiting better corrosion resistance especially in high H_(2)S atmospheres.The steam had a strong influence on the corrosion of heat exchange tube under the synergistic action of chlorine and H_(2)S in flue gas.W played a positive role in anti-steam corrosion of coatings.
